Description

A mentorship and leadership role focused on the spiritual and community development of youth and adolescents.

Tasks

  • Co-plan and lead central campus spiritual activities.
  • Mentor small group leaders (CEU).
  • Develop thematic Bible study series.
  • Design social impact projects from a faith perspective.
  • Offer initial pastoral care and counseling.

Qualifications

Theology major or related field, mature faith, strong leadership skills.

Supervision & Mentoring

Supervisor at UNADECA Chaplaincy.

Housing & Meals

Shared dormitory + 3 meals per day + loundry

Notes or Special Conditions

Formal attire for worship; semi-formal daily attire, Must bring laptop.
