Description

This internship supports English education for Primary and Secondary students through co-teaching and classroom assistance. Interns work closely with English teachers, gaining experience in bilingual education, teamwork, and intercultural communication within a dynamic Christian school environment.

Tasks

  • Assist English teachers in Primary and Secondary classrooms through co-teaching and classroom support
  • Support students inside and outside the classroom to improve English communication skills and confidence
  • Participate in pedagogical observation and classroom activities to learn diverse teaching strategies
  • Create interactive and faith-integrated learning experiences aligned with Adventist values
  • Collaborate with teachers in planning English lessons, group work, and language-based projects

Supervision and Mentoring

Interns will be supervised by English co-teaching teachers, department heads, and Heads of Studies for Primary and Secondary Education. Ongoing guidance, professional feedback, and mentoring will be provided in lesson planning, classroom management, and teaching practices.

Housing and Meals

  • Housing: Shared room
  • Meals: 3 per day

Interns must bring their own laptop or tablet for lesson preparation and classroom activities. Interns are expected to maintain professional conduct and behavior consistent with the Christian philosophy and values of the school.
