Note: All students, who are NOT yet currently enrolled at one of the ACA Consortium colleges and universities, will need to submit an Unofficial Transcript as part of their application process. For instructions, check this page.

APPLICATION DEADLINES:

• Early Application Deadline: May 17, 2024 (Students who complete their application by this date should have enough time to get their visas if required)
• Late Application Deadlines
  • Fall-Winter-Spring: July 12, 2024
  • Winter-Spring: October 18, 2024
  • Spring: February 7, 2025

APPLICATION FEES (NON-REFUNDABLE)

Collected and kept at the school you’re enrolling through. 

• Summer Session: $25
• Academic Year: $100

PRICE OF YOUR ACA PROGRAM INCLUDES:

• Tuition and fees
• Room and board
• Transfer of credits
• Books
• Program organized cultural tours (includes hotels, food, tickets)
• Accidental and travel insurance
• Pick up/drop off at airport at beginning/end of program
• Unpaid internship opportunities during the academic year
• Travel insurance

Note: ACA Insurance + ACA processing fees are charged only once per academic year or summer session. For students only enrolling in 1 or 2 quarters, this charge will be added only once to the bill sent to their home universities (quarter prices displayed on each program’s page). The Student Deposit Fee is charged once by each campus (also added to the ACA bill sent to the home universities). Students enrolling in more than one ACA programs during the same academic year, will be charged the Student Deposit Fee corresponding to each campus. These fees vary per ACA program and they will always be added to the bill sent by ACA to the home universities.

DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Airfare to and from program
• Money for personal travel
• Additional fees applied to some specialized courses. (“additional fee applied” indicated on description of such courses. See the Course Catalog here)

FINANCIAL AID/ DENOMINATIONAL SUBSIDY

1. College university students may be eligible to some or all costs of the ACA program with your financial aid. Consult your university financial advisor.
2. Employees of our church and institutions in the North American Division: consult with your HR about your benefits. Your child may be eligible for denominational subsidy for studying abroad.
